Residents must not disturb their neighbours at night. Residents should try to limit any unusually noisy activities to daytime during weekdays so as not to cause undue disturbance to their neighbours.
Announcement 25 May 2021 Job vacancies for two summer employees
The company will hire two young people from Karvia for the summer. Their tasks will mainly consist of mowing lawns and other outdoor work. The summer employees will work under the guidance of the caretaker and under the responsibility of the company. They will not be able to take on any assignments directly from the residents.
Door opening service
Outside regular working hours, the door-opening fee is EUR 50. On weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm, the caretaker can be reached by phone at +358 44 772 7530. At other times, the caretaker is on call at 040 833 2946.
The saunas were re-opened on 30 April 2021.
Please pay attention to general cleanliness and hygiene, so that we can keep the saunas open in the future as well. If you wish to use the sauna, you must book a sauna time slot.
To book a slot, please contact the property manager. The sauna fee is EUR 7 per month.
